Cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the start of your stay, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a €50 processing fee per refund transfer.
- If you cancel no later than 1 month before the agreed-upon arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total package price will be charged.
- For cancellations up to 1 week before the start of your vacation, we will charge 70% of the total package price.
- For cancellations during the last week before the reserved arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total package price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, regardless of the reason, you will be charged for the reserved vacation days.
