For our apartment guests we offer a bread service. You can place your orders by 1 pm at the reception.

Rich breakfast buffet for our guests from 7 am until 10 am. Our guests in the apartments can also book the breakfast buffet.

CANCELLATION FEE
Terms and conditions in accordance with Austrian hotel conditions.

If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the start of your stay, your deposit will be refunded, minus a €50 processing fee per bank transfer.
If you cancel no later than 1 month before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total package price will be charged.
For cancellations up to 1 week before the start of your stay, we will charge 70% of the total package price.
For cancellations during the last week before the reserved arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total package price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, regardless of the reason, the reserved days of your stay will be charged.

CHILDREN
Children are very welcome. In the house there is a nice children's playroom and a playground in the garden.

DEPOSIT
For a fixed reservation we ask for a deposit of 40 % of the booked service.

There is a ski room and a dryer in the house. Depot cabinets, which offer space for the equipment of 2 persons, are located directly at the valley stations of the cableways, and can be rented for a daily fee.

Smoking is permitted on the balconies and on the terraces.

TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is charged per person per day for individuals who have reached the age of 15.
