Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before arrival, you will receive your deposit back, minus € 35,- handling fee per booking. In case of cancellation later than one month before the agreed date of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the room price for 3 days is to be paid. In case of cancellation later than 21 days prior to arrival we will charge the service booked into account - a late arrival and early departure, for whatever reason, the same rule applies.
