CANCELLATION FEE
Terms and conditions in accordance with Austrian hotel conditions.

• If you cancel up to 12 weeks before the start of your stay, your deposit will be refunded, minus a €50 processing fee per bank transfer.
• If you cancel no later than 1 month before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total package price will be charged.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before the start of your stay, we will charge 70% of the total package price.
• For cancellations during the last week before the reserved arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total package price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, regardless of the reason, the reserved days of your stay will be charged.

CHILDREN
Children are very welcome. In the house there is a nice children's playroom and a playground in the garden.

DEPOSIT
For a fixed reservation we ask for a deposit of 40% of the booked service.
