Cancellation conditions winter 2022/2023 and summer 2023

• In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the start of the vacation, you will receive your deposit back, minus € 50,- handling fee per remittance.
• In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date at the latest, a cancellation fee in the amount of 40% of the booked service is to be paid.
• In case of cancellation up to 1 week before the start of the vacation, we charge 70% of the booked service.
• In case of cancellation in the last week before the reserved day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booked service.
• In case of later arrival and earlier departure, for whatever reason, the reserved vacation days will be charged.
